Return & Refund Policy – Agrodrag

At Agrodrag (operated by Fateh Globalink), we strive to ensure every customer receives the highest quality agricultural machinery, farm implements, and fasteners.
This Return & Refund Policy explains the process for returning, replacing, or requesting refunds for products purchased through www.agrodrag.com.
1. Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return if they meet any of the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective on arrival.
- Different from the product description or incorrect item delivered.
- Missing essential parts or accessories.
Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, unassembled, and accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, tags, and the invoice.
Items such as perishable goods, customized products, made-to-order items, or marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Return Window
- Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- Return requests can be submitted through the customer account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
- After the return request is approved, the product should be shipped back within the communicated timeline.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by the seller or Agrodrag team, the refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or Agrodrag store credit.
- Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the refund has been successfully processed.
4. Replacement Policy
- If a replacement product is in stock, customers may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.
- In cases where the item is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
- Replacements follow the same quality inspection standards as new products to ensure 100% satisfaction.
5. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to the seller’s error (defective, wrong, or missing product), all shipping charges will be borne by the seller.
- If the return is initiated due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
- For international orders, shipping and customs duties are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
6. Seller Responsibility
- All sellers on Agrodrag must ensure that products listed are genuine, accurately described, properly packaged, and tested before dispatch.
- Any seller found repeatedly sending incorrect, defective, or counterfeit items will face penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent delisting from the Agrodrag marketplace.
- Sellers are required to respond promptly to customer return requests to maintain service quality and trust.
7. Customer Obligations
- Customers should provide clear photographs or videos as proof of product damage or defect to initiate a return.
- Returned products must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modification of the product will void eligibility for return or refund.
8. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized agricultural machinery and made-to-order fasteners.
- Electrical components once installed or used.
- Consumable goods, oils, lubricants, or perishable materials.
- Products sold under clearance, “as-is,” or discounted sale categories.
9. Dispute & Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from returns, replacements, or refunds shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
